PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize cutting quality and to reduce a loss length of an end part of a tube by dividing a copying roller to left/right, arranging them right close to a cutter and setting a position of a copying roller and a position of a cutter within a specified dimension. SOLUTION: A tube 51 is advanced in an arrow direction 52 and has bead cut by a cutter 12. A copying roller 21 is arranged right next to the cutter 12, a position of the copying roller 21 and a position of the cutter 12 are set within±20mm in the line direction, good response is provided. Because the cutter 12 is directly pressed down by a spring for pressing down and has one freedom, bead cutting is precisely conducted. When a diameter of the tube 51 is changed from a small diameter R1 to a large diameter R2 , a relative height between the roller 21 and cutter 12 is changed. Part of a support shaft 22 of the roller 21 is made to an eccentric shaft 25, an eccentric quantity 24 is changed as an eccentric quantity adjusting device 23 turns the shaft 22. A detecting device behind the cutter 12 detects a bead shape to be cut, a cutting quantity is adjusted by going up/down the cutter 12 with a cutter vertical adjusting device.
