PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress swinging of vegetation bed due to action of wave, improve growth and beauty of a plant and obtain a plant vegetation floor useful as a ecosystem protection field by composing a floor material constituting a plant vegetating bed of a specific water-permeable material. SOLUTION: A floor material constituting the floor 3 is composed of one or more kinds of water-permeable materials, whose deflection in the center part is controlled to <=30cm, selected from a net-like material, an entangled material, a water-permeable sheet-like material and a plate-like material provided with a water through hole. Furthermore, the bed material is preferably reinforced so that deflection becomes <=30cm as whole floor material by supporting the lower face or the upper face of the vegetation bed 3 with a deflection preventing material 4, through the bed material is a flexible water- permeable material having >30cm deflection of the plant vegetation bed 3. This plant raising reef 1 is preferably composed of the plant vegetation bed 3 and a floating body 2'. |
