PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a self-lubricant composite material which is excellent in lubricity and strength as well as high heat resistance standing over 500 deg.C. SOLUTION: This self-lubricant composite material comprises 10-80vol.% of boron nitride and graphite as a solid lubricant, 10-95wt.%, in total, of water glass or colloidal silica suspension as substance (A), and (B) substance of firsts as at least one selected from the group consisting of mica, talc, aluminum silicate and alumina cement, (C) 5-80vol.% of metal powder as, at least one selected from Cu, Ag, Sn, Pb, Fe, Ni, Co, Mn, Cr, Mo, W, Nb, Ta, Al, Zn, P and B, and (D) 5-80vol.% of tungsten sulfide and/or molybdenum sulfide as a sulfide powder. |
