PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable selection of a desirable salt for production of an target inclusion compound for pharmaceutics on the basis of measurements of equilibrium solubility of its salts in a cyclodextrin. SOLUTION: This selection of a desirable salt for production of an specific pharmaceutical compound comprises measuring equilibrium solubility of its salt into an aqueous solution of a cyclodextrin (e.g. hydroxypropyl-β- cyclodextrin,α-cyclodextrin, etc.), and selecting, as a useful salt, salts having a solubility equal to or larger than the desired solubility, thus selecting the salts very soluble to the aqueous cyclodextrin. |
