PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-base traffic paint having fast drying properties even under high-humidity conditions. SOLUTION: This storage-stable fast-curing water-base composition contains an anionically stabilized polymer binder having a glass transition temperature above 0 deg.C, polyfunctional amine polymers polymerized from a monomer mixture containing at least one acid and at least one amine monomer, and a blend of volatile bases in an aqueous medium, in an amount sufficient to raise the pH of the composition to such a point as to bring substantially all the polyfunctional amine polymers into a nonionic state. |
