PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of a fire-resistant panel which can be used for internal wall materials, external wall materials, roof materials, ceiling materials, floor materials, partition materials, fireproof doors, etc., of buildings and structures, and which does not cause deformation like swelling or warping after production, and further, which is excellent in fire-resistance, waterproof property, air-tightness, workability, and mechanical strength. SOLUTION: Fire-resistant panels B in which a core material 17 made of plastic foam 18 is formed between the front face material 5 and the rear face material 14 and fixing parts 7 are formed at both ends respectively, are fixed on the whole wall face from the upper part of fire-resistant panel strips A. A fire-resistant joint material C and a caulking material D are formed between the fixed joints F. And a groove cover E is arranged at the groove in which fixing toolsβfor the fire-resistant panels B are set.
