PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter which is exchanged and mounted at cooking stove hoods of any depth sizes and has the excellent efficiency of removing fat and oil components. SOLUTION: A filter body 1 is formed by longitudinally providing a thin metallic sheet with slits, louvering the plane parts between the slits to open vent ports 3 in one side and bending reinforcing edges higher than the height of these louvering pieces square to the outer peripheries of the three sides excluding one side in a longitudinal direction. Adjustable plates 2 are mounted freely slidably and adjustably along the longitudinal direction on the lateral sides having no reinforcing edges in the longitudinal direction of the filter body 1. |
