摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a laminate or decorative plate having no defects by repeatedly developing transmission of uniform pressure in hot press molding for a long period. SOLUTION: The heat resistant cushioning material is obtained by steps of laminating webs in each of which thermoplastic fiber having a glass transition temperature within a hot press molding temperature and a softening point, melting point or decomposition point in a temperature range of its molding temperature or higher is formed in its entirety or main body, entangling to integrate it by needle punching to form a felt-like material 1, heat setting the material 1 at a temperature set within a glass transition temperature or higher, softening point, melting point or decomposition point of its constituting fiber, and largely increasing a thickness recovering function in the hot press so that uniform pressurization to an entire surface of the material to be molded can be transmitted even when flattening is proceeded due to use for a long period.
