PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new oligonucleotide comprising a target binding sequence having a specific base sequence and used for an amplification primer, etc., useful for an inspection of a speciesspecific detection of a target sequence in a latent plasmid of Chlamydia trachomatis. SOLUTION: This new oligonucleotide is composed of target binding sequences expressed by the formulae I to IV and a sequence required for an amplification reaction, as necessary and is useful as an amplification primer, etc., used in an inspection for detection of a species-specific detection of a target sequence in a latent plasmid of Chlamydia trachomatis. This oligonucleotide is obtained by analyzing a nucleotide sequence of a latent plasmid from a diene bank of Chlamydia trachomatis about a reading frame having low GC content and not containing continued three pieces of C or G row, selecting a target binding sequence of an upstream amplification primer and a downstream amplification primer and synthesizing the sequence by a well-known method. |
