PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air (dis)charging device whose structure is simple and inexpensive and whose outside diameter has a small stopper body, capable of readily obtaining airtight state in a box-shaped cage. SOLUTION: This air-charging device 31 is obtained by forming an air charging hole 36 on the top side of an air charging pipe 32, providing a ring-like stopper 33 fitted into the air charging pipe 32 on the rear of the air charging hole 36, fitting a conical trapezoid-like stopper body 34 of an elastic material whose diameter is enlarged toward the rear into the air charging pipe 32 on the rear side of the stopper 33, bringing the stopper body 34 into contact with the rear side of the stopper 33, providing an elastic body 35 for pressing the stopper body 34 to rear face of the stopper 33 on the rear face of the stopper body 34. Airtight state is obtained by contact of the peripheral face of conical trapezoid-like stopper body 34 with inner edge of a box-like cage hole 30.
