LEVELING DEVICE FOR STICKY POWDERY AND GRANULAR MATERIAL GROUP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To level off a sticky powdery and granular material group on a conveyor without making the group into a compact state by providing a spiral blade spreading and leveling off the sticky powdery and granular material group placed on the conveyor on a rotary shaft installed so as to be crossed over the conveyor. SOLUTION: A leveling device 1 is installed just above a wire mesh belt conveyor 3. The leveling device 1 has a belt-like spiral blade 6 which is supported and fixed to a plurality of mounting support bars 5 around a rotary shaft 4 journalled to a height adjusting part 10. The rotary shaft 4 is provided so as to orthongonally cross with the carrier direction of the belt conveyor 3 and is revolved and driven by a drive motor. When a moisture gel polymer which is piled high at the center location of the width direction at the carrier initial location of the belt conveyor 3 is passed through the leveling device 1 according to the carrier moving of the belt conveyor 3, the moisture gel polymer is spread to the side of the belt conveyor 3 and is leveled off, being loosened by the revolution action of the belt-like spiral blade for left and right directions via the rotary shaft 4.
