PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the external appearance of a design portion of a frame body from being deteriorated, by providing a separating wall for separating a base portion forming resin material from a design portion forming resin material in a die, extruding each material from separate outlets, and, thereafter, welding both the materials together. SOLUTION: A resin material is extruded from a front outlet 6 of a die 2 to form a molded form on a peripheral portion of a plate-like body 1. The front outlet 6 consists of an outlet 7 of a resin flow path for forming a base portion 10 to be interposed between the peripheral portion of the plate-like body and a car body and an outlet 8 of a resin flow path for forming a design portion 11 to be provided on the plate-like body in the direction of the outside of a car. The outlets of both the resin flow paths are separated from each other by a separating wall 9, and a base portion forming resin material 10' and a design portion forming resin material 11', which are extruded from the respective outlets, are not brought into contact with each other in the interior of the die 2. A pressing jig 12 for pressing the base portion 10 against the plate-like body 1 is provided in the vicinity of the outlet of the die, and the resin material 10' is integrated with the plate-like body 1 after passing through the die outlet, while the resin material 11' is integrated with the plate-like body 1 after passing through the die outlet and is mutually welded with the resin material 10'. |
