A cosmetic composition having skin wrinkle improving effect is provided to suppress the activation of elastase and colagenase (MMP-1) using leaf extract and stem extract of Empetrum nigrum Var. Japonicum. A composition for improving anti-wrinkle comprises the extract of leaf and stem of Empetrum nigrum Var. Japonicum. The composition comprises one more kinds of solvent fraction.
