PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the affection of corrosion due to ink by a method wherein a heat sink is provided with a metallic substrate, having a thin copper-plated film formed on the surface of substrate, and a thin chromate film formed on the copper-plated film while a print head is bonded on the surface of the chromate film. SOLUTION: A print head 10 includes a channel plate 11, in which anisotropic corrosion is caused, and a channel plate 11 is bonded to a heating plate 12. The print head on the surface of the heating plate 12 is bonded to a heat sink 35 through silver epoxy. The heat sink 35 is constituted of a copper-plated film 33, formed on a zinc substrate 32, and a polymer chromate film 34, formed on the copper-plated film 33. The polymer chromate film 34 is formed of either one method of dipping treatment or cathode chromate treatment. The heat sink 35, formed in such a manner, shows a high resistance to the affection of corrosion of ink and when the same is bonded to the print head, the heat sink is adhered strongly to the bonding surface. |
