A multichannel trocar is provided to prevent increase of an operation time and an operation cost by blocking an abnormal exhaustion of a gas by a sealing member. A main body(100) includes a body(110), a valve member(160), and a mounting member(120). The body has a space part. The valve member is coupled in an outer circumference of the body. The valve member injects/exhausts a gas to/from the body. The mounting member covers a top opening part of the body. The mounting member is made of transparent material. A cannula(200) covers a bottom opening part of the body. The cannula is inserted to an abdomen of a patient. The cannula is made of flexible material having elasticity. A sealing member(300) is mounted in the mounting member of the main body. The sealing member seals an outer circumference of a laparoscope operation tool, and blocks an outflow of an air.
