PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely, securely, and percutaneouly cure a deep part phlebemphraxis while previously preventing the occurrence of a pulmonary embolism, and also to minimize the amount of injection of a fibrinolytic agent. SOLUTION: This catheter comprises a basket-type catheter 1A in which an inside catheter 3 that is longer than an outside chatheter 2 is longitudinally inserted into the inside of the outside catheter 2, so that the ends thereof are connected to each other, and a plurality of side holes are opened to the end part of the inside catheter 3, while a plurality of longitudinal slits 8 are provided to the end part 2a of the outside catheter 2, and which is constituted in such a way that when the inside catheter 3 is pulled, the end part 2a of the outside catheter provided with the slits 8 is expanded in a basket shape; and a microcatheter which is detachably inserted into the inside of the inside catheter 3 of this basket-type catheter 1A and in which a plurality of side holes are opened in its end part 12a. |
