PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaporate a reducing agent before supplied in exhaust gas, and improve exhaust emission by forming into a metallic sleeve, a hollow body in an evaporator for evaporating the reducing agent whose amount is adjusted before supplied in exhaust gas, and communicating the end surface of this sleeve with an exhaust passage. SOLUTION: In an evaporator 26 to which an exhaust passage 9 is attached, a screw type connecting member 29 is threadedly engaged with a sleeve 28 threadedly engaged with the inside of the wall of the exhaust passage 9, a storage part 38 equipped with a female screw thread and a seal seat 39 is concentrically arranged in the connecting member 29, and a glow plug 40 is threadedly engaged with the female screw thread. The glow plug 40 has a metallic cylindrical sleeve 41 being a hollow body extended toward the side part of the exhaust passage 9, and the sleeve 41 is rushed into up to the approximately center of an exhaust pipe, thereby the inner chamber 44 of the sleeve 41 and the exhaust passage 9 are communicated with each other through the outlet 43 of the end surface 42 of the sleeve 41. Also, a supply passage 47 for a reducing agent, which is communicated with the sleeve 41, is formed in the connecting member 29, and an amount regulating valve 23 is connected to the supply passage 47 through a conduit piece 51. |
