<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the constitution related to a paper discharge function, and reduce a space by arranging a paper discharge claw movable in the vertical direction in a paper sheet adjusting tray part, and moving the paper discharge claw to respective positions at stack time, at staple time and at paper sheet discharge time. SOLUTION: A paper sheet discharged from an image forming device 1 is guided to a staple unit D through a second carrying passage B by a switching claw 2. In that case, a paper discharge claw 13 moves along a surface of a carrying passage of a staple tray 20 according to the paper sheet size, and the paper sheet is stacked in a condition of being pressed down in the staple tray 20 direction. At staple time, the paper discharge claw 13 adjusts the paper sheet to a binding position by moving in the downward direction along a surface of the carrying passage of the staple tray 20 according to the binding position of a stapler 10. After staple, the paper discharge claw 13 moves in the upward direction along a surface of the carrying passage of the staple tray 20, and the paper sheet is carried in the paper discharge roller 14 direction, and is discharged.</p> |
