摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject polymer having a narrow size distribution of particles by introducing a non-carried catalyst into a vapor phase reactor using a highly compressed fluid, forming polymer particles and inhibiting growing of particles joining to the growth of the polymer particles. SOLUTION: In recovering a produced polymer from a reactor by introducing (A) a monomer and (B) a non-carried polymerization catalyst into a vapor phase reactor, the component B consists of (i) a non-volatile material component containing the polymerization catalyst, (ii) a solvent component capable of being at least partially mixed with the component (i) and having sufficient degree of volatility to form polymerization catalyst particles when the mixture of the solvent with the component (i) is sprayed in the reactor and (iii) a compressed fluid. The component A is preferably a 2-10C alkene, etc., concretely a ketene, etc., the component B is preferably contains at least one transition metal, especially a metallocene and the component (iii) is preferably a fluid or a fluid mixture having 273-500 deg.K critical temperature, especially carbon dioxide.</p>
