FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: tinned food is produced by cutting and blanching potatoes and raw onions, blanching and cutting carrots. Fresh white cabbage is cut and frozen. Soya texturate is boiled until its mass is four times increased. Gherkins are cut. Listed components are mixed with acetic acid, table salt and calcium acetate under oxygen-free conditions. This mixture is packed as well as mayonnaise with definite components proportion. Then hermetic sealing and sterilisation follow. ^ EFFECT: method allows manufacturing of a product with increased digestibility. |
