PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably and quickly set the angle of inclination and the direction of inclination of a placing table by providing two cams fitted to the respective cam shafts in such a manner as to be opposite to each other in the direction of point symmetry and at positions equally distant from the perpendicularly intersecting part, and bringing the cams into contact with the lower surface of a placing table to be slid according to the rotation. SOLUTION: If the intermediate radius curved parts 53 of cams XA, XB are brought into contact with a placing table 1, the nearest radius curved part 52 of a cam YA and the most remote radius curved part 51 of a cam YB are respectively brought into contact with the placing table 1, the placing table 1 is horizontal to X direction and inclined to Y direction by +α. Subsequently, when only a shaft Y is turned in a 180-degree arc, the most remote radius curved part 51 of the cam YA and the nearest radius part 52 of the cam YB are respectively brought into contact with the placing table 1, and inclined to Y direction by -α. Further when only the shaft Y is rotated, the placing table 1 keeps the X direction horizontal and the inclination in the Y direction can be continuously varied from +αto -α.
