<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To thaw frozen water supply or utilize for sterilization or the like in an emergency by building in an electric heater in a water heater main body, and fixing the water heater main body to a base table through a vibration absorbing material. SOLUTION: A water heater main body 4 has a built-in electric heater, a receptacle 5 and a power source switch 10 for supplying power to the electric heater, a water supply port 6 for supplying water to an inside tank, and a faucet 7 for taking out boiled water. A thermometer 9 and a water gauge 8 both visible from the outside are arranged in the water heater main body 4, and a cartridge taking out port 11 for immersing and taking out a cartridge containing a natural stone such as an obsidian is formed in the water heater main body 4.
