The device incorporates adjustment components (431) for selectively adjustment of distance between base (1) and part of harness (50) acting on shoulders of user, so that the user cannot stand straight with straight legs in the apparatus for the purpose that the back and leg muscles be stretched to the maximum load. The also incorporates a loose, portable bottom plate (1) which forms the base and in its central part (20) has places for the feet of the user. The harness (50) incorporates two first flexible elongated force transmission components (51,52) which at their ends are fixed to first and second fixtures (44) on the back and chest sides of the user and in the symmetry plane of the user. A first flexible force transmission component is connected to the plate in front of the foot position (20). |
