Connection system between a central computer and a set of automatic distribution machines by means of a modem using public or private telephone data networks. Consists of a central computer that can be a personal computer running under MS-DOS or any other operating system, which is equipped with a parallel printer output and at least one RS-232 serial port. To this RS-232 serial port will be connected the TT-5HH special type of modem. The task of this modem is to decode the characters and commands that the computer receives and modulate and demodulate the signals via the RS-232. Each automatic distribution machine will have a TT-5HH modem installed in addition to the logic circuits necessary to be able to interrogate the distributor and to respond suitably to the interrogation messages from the central computer. Data transmission takes place via the telephone or any other private or public network. <IMAGE>
