PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve higher order component of a lateral force variation and to improve high speed durability by winding organic fiber cords on an outer periphery of an unvulcanized green belt layer at a specific angle to a circumferential direction to form a green belt, and winding green tread rubber on an outer periphery of a belt band body. SOLUTION: A plurality of belt plies 6a, 6b are wound by altering directions of organic fiber cords to form a green belt layer 6. A green band 7 is formed by spirally winding band-like plies embedded in topping rubber at an angle of 0 to 5 deg. in a circumferential direction of a tire. The band 7 is formed on an outer periphery of the layer 6 to integrate the both, and the end of the layer 6 is bent radially inward together with the band 7. Then, a length Le of circulation of the end of a length of an inner peripheral surface of the belt layer circulated in one circle via an axial edge of the layer 6 is reduced shorter than a length Lc of a circumference at a center circulated in one cycle via an axial center, and tread rubber is laminated on its outer peripheral surface to be integrated. |
