PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate resins which are difficult to be adhered by utilizing impregnability and expandability of a foamable resin by opening a locking port at a material to be adhered for fixing a foam, introducing a part of the form in contact with the material into the port, and biting a port edge of the port into the foam. SOLUTION: Many locking ports 11 opened at least at one surface 12 are formed at a material 10 to be adhered. Then, foamable resin is supplied to the surface 12, and foamed. The resin supplied to the ports 11 or its vicinity is introduced into the ports 11 and uniformly foamed in and out of the ports 11. Thus, the resin is expanded via the port edges of the ports 11. At this time, when a large-sized space 16 exists at the other surface side of the port 11, the foamed portion 18 is accommodated in the port 11 and not projected into the other surface 13, and hence the portion 18 does not affect influence to a profile of a product. Accordingly, the resins which are difficult to be adhered can be integrated by sufficient strength without primer treating. |
