<p>Said fixing device is comprised of a cylindrical core (1) provided with an axial orifice (4) through which may adjustably slide the front end (10) of a lever arm (2). The core is internally provided with a positioning protuberance (11), and securing means (12) comprised of axial extensions (13) provided with fixing protuberances (14) and joined to a coaxial circular ring (17). The lever arm (2) comprises at its front end (10) an axial groove (19) adapted to receive said positioning protuberance (11), and at its centered portion (21) a coaxial fixing groove (22) adapted to receive said fixing protuberances (14).
