The invention describes a sheepskin material of two types (a) and (b) of nucleus and shirt filaments with a nucleus material (1) which melts at a higher temperature than shirt material (2). Types (a) and (b) differ in shirt component weights. Weight rates with same filament types are in such a way that type (a) shirt fractions to type (b), are between 1:3 to 1:10 in the cross section direction of sheepskin, type (b) filaments contents are from 15 to 70 percent by weight. Type (a) and type (b) filaments different fractions which present sheepskin transversal planes, grow or decrease without limits of recognizable phase. Device for sheepskin manufacturing contains from 1 to 40 spin nozzle plates (3) or rounded spin disks (4); they are found in rows or in a stepped arrangement over a conveying belt which moves lineally (7). Spin holes (5) or (6) on plates (3) or disks (4) are used to produce shirt or nucleus filaments from type (a) or type (b) from melted and on conveying belt or capture (7) movement direction, wholly corresponding to cross section structure, wherein filament types in sheepskin are coordinated among themselves.
