The present invention discloses a spiral cone manufactured with galvanized sheet, welded to a metallic base, shaped as a motor vehicle piece in which it is used. This invention works based on Newton's law "to any action corresponds an equal reaction but in an opposite direction", because when the spiral receives air through a front cavity, upon changing its direction through the spiral, it pushes in the opposite direction, thereby causing gasoline consumption to de diminished. However, the main object of the present invention is accomplished when air enters into the spiral, which due to the cone-like shape thereof, its area is upwardly decreased, and therefore when the area occupied by the air is decreased, the pressure thereof is increased, and the higher the air is located, and due to the cone inclination effect, the more pressure it will tend to have upon exiting the cone, said advantageous effect being useful for placing a device on its upper part, which comprises different filters for retention of atmospheric contaminants. Thus, the primary object is environmental decontamination in large cities, taking advantage of the vast amount of motor vehicles circulating therein. And as a secondary objective, gasoline consumption decrease is envisaged.
