<p>The arrangement comprises a metal pipe (1) with a metal sleeve (3) fitted thereon. Said sleeve has a cylindrical securing section (4), a conical transition section (10) and a larger-diameter cylindrical connecting section (12). In the connecting section (12) there are diametrically offset angular tongues (13, 14). When the sleeve (3) and a plastic fitting sleeve (26) are coupled, the securing section (4) engages in a recess (28) in the fitting sleeve (26). The tongues (13, 14) engage in grooves (31, 32) in the fitting sleeve (26). Between the securing section (4) and the fitting sleeve (26) or between the transition section (10) and the fitting sleeve (26) are embedded a plastic sealing ring (39) and supporting ring (41). The tension and pressure-proof but releasable connection between the metal pipe (1) and the fitting sleeve (26) is obtained by a U-shaped clamp (34) which passes through tangential slots (25, 33) in the sleeve (3) and the fitting sleeve (26).</p> |
