<p>The invention refers to the procedure for the preparation of new tylosin derivatives with formula I where A stands for CO-NH or NH-CO, R stands for CHO, CH(OCH3)2 or CH2OH, R1 stands for micarosyl or H and the line represents a double or single bond. New tylosin derivatives show a biological activity and in practice they mean intermediates for the synthesis of new 17-membered azalyde antibiotics.</p> |
