The invention refers to an ultra-fast fuse used to protect electrical circuits with high power semiconductors. The fuse includes a ceramic piece (1), two blades (2) that are screwed onto the ceramic piece (1), and common fuses (3) that are welded onto the blades (2). The common fuses (3) are undulated like a harmonic curve, the breaking section being located at the top, on one side or on both sides of the harmonic curves. The ends of the fuses (3) have two straight areas with a 90 degrees bend so that they can be welded directly, in parallel lines, onto the front side of the blades (2). Metallic rods (4), which are threaded at the ends, are used for reinforcement during assembling and are then removed after the blades-fuses assembly is inserted into the ceramic piece (1). The blades (2) are retained, by means of screws, in the threaded holes made for the threaded metallic rods (4). The threaded holes that are still empty are used as filler inlets for the quenching material (7), with a grain-size distribution under 0.31 mm for the whole filling mass.
