Pistons are made on separating plates installed for movement on hollow rotor and axle to provided movement of piston-cylinder pair relative to each other. Axle and hollow cylindrical rotor are secured by ends in end face covers. Cylindrical washers of hollow rotor are connected to each other by spokes thus forming squirrel cage.
