The equipment can be used in the food industry, in particularin the wine industry for smoking of alcoholic liquors or waterrequired for the manufacture of concentrated alcoholic drinks suchas whisky, gin, aromatic vodkas, etc. It consists of a hearth,bubbling vessel, ejector, recirculation pump and an operatingvessel. The ejector intake device is connected to the lower end ofthe hearth, and its outlet to the operating vessel by the pump andthe bubbling vessel. In the equipment the hearth smoke and theliquid of the operating vessel are mixed in the ejector whichimproves the mass exchange between the two fluids./!
