Method for deflocculating and dispersing micro-ionised powders in aqueous medium, notably for redensification of silica ash by agglomeration, comprises use of specific dispersion agent formed by association of 0.01 - 5% surface active anionic wetting agent; 0.15-4% one or more sulphonated polysaccharides, notably lignosulphonates; 0.05-5% sulphonated polymer dispersing agent, fluidised in water in form of, notably hydroxylamine salt; and 0.001-2% acrylic homopolymer in water soluble, notably hydroxylamine salt form; all %'s relative to mass of silica ash. Also claimed is application of said method to deflocculation and dispersion of silica ash in cements and mortars; densification of cement additives and phytosanitary products.
