FIELD: printing. SUBSTANCE: the line printer case is installed on the printing object, the case is oriented relative to the first symbol in the line and line direction. Communication with the personal computer is established since the moment of the beginning of application of information on each line and interrupter at the moment of the end of application of information on each line. Then information transmitted from the personal computer in the periodics of manual displacement of the case on the printing object in the line direction is applied. During displacement over the printing object the case is pressed to the printing object by the operator's hand gravity force. The line printer case carries a member for fine positioning of the case relative to the first symbol of the line, whose geometric axis coincides with the line of arrangement of the printing head nozzles, and a member for fine positioning of the case relative to the line direction, whose geometric axis is perpendicular to the line of arrangement of the printing head nozzles and passes through its middle.
