1. The multi-stage rotodynamic pump with single-stream closed impellers contains a separator of mechanical impurities in the pumped liquid, equipped with a rotating chamber with openings along its circumference. Characterized in that: The separator of mechanical impurities is introduced in series between two successive stages of the pump. It consists of two impellers (6 and 7) mounted on the shaft (5) inside the housing (13). The back disks of the impellers face each other, while their blades point in opposite directions. The edges of the external disks of the impellers (6 and 7) are connected to each other with the shield (8) with openings (9), so that the internal rotating chamber (15) is formed. The impeller (6) is a pumping impeller, located according to the position of the pump stage impellers (1). It has an inlet connected to the outlet of the centripetal stream vane (3) of the previous pump stage. The outlet of the reversed pump impeller (7) is connected to the inlet of the impeller (1) of the next pump stage. Moreover, an immobile circumferential partition (10) with openings (11) is located inside the housing (13) of the separator of mechanical impurities. The partition divides the internal space of the separator housing (13) into the intermediate chamber (16) and the external chamber (17). |
