FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gears measuring separation boundaries of two immiscible fluids used in oil, petrochemical and other industries. Ultrasonic level gauge has receiving-emitting element, two floats with different number of permanent magnets, reflector of ultrasonic waves, frequency divider composed of three decade counters, two AND gates and three NOT gates, analog key, receiving amplifier. Solving unit is composed of three delay lines, two diodes, NOT-AND gates, AND gate, pulse counter, T flip-flop, two NOT gates, three registers and unit processing measurement results.
