SUBSTANCE: the rotary plant is furnished with a premoulding device using a disk fastened on an axle for rotation about its axis at an engagement with the material of the product to be moulded, bearing assembly with a built-in spring providing for disk movement in axial direction at an excess of the preset premoulding force; the device disk has cutting edges on the periphery, its diameter exceeds the mould size; the axes of the turnable and disk are parallel to each other. EFFECT: enhanced stability of premoulding force, shear of material and smoothing of the product surface at continuous rotation of the table. 2 dwg
