The machine has a chassis (1) which holds a motor (2) that rotates the tool (7). A rigid circular plate (9) is fixed to the tool and a circular diaphragm (1) is fixed to the shaft (13) of the motor. This allows the inclination of the chassis with respect to the tool. Two coaxial rollers (17,18) press on the peripheral part (19) of the tool when the chassis is inclined. The chassis has a lateral skirt (16) that covers the tool and the rollers are fixed inside the edge of this. The axle of the rollers (Y-Y) is perpendicular to the axle (X-X) of the motor.
