FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this is made up of commercial modules which are of double-storey construction with possible communication between storeys. Modules have thermal-insulation partitions which are installed in each compartment between partitions in first storey and are arranged in at least two parallel rows against each other. Modules are covered by common roof made in the form of metal structures coated with strengthened polyethylene film located between two layers of zinc-coated steel net which is fastened by metal ropes. Communication between storeys is effected through staircases installed inside and/or outside of modules. Modules of commercial complex are adapted for transportation as large cargo containers and are provided with power and water supply systems and also with refuge collecting system. Commercial complex ensures simple installation and repositioning of modules, simplified erection of roofing structure, small ground area needed, compact layout of modules, and possible adjustment of complex dimensions.
