The arrangement includes a pulse generator respectively connected with a control circuit for the calculation of acceleration- or deceleration values, and a controlled electromagnetic valve which works together with a compressed air cylinder of the brake for each wheel axis or wheel. The brake pressure of the compressed air cylinder is respectively adjustable at the friction parameters between wheel and rail. The electromagnetic valve is respectively connected with the pulse generator at the control circuit, and is formed as a double magnetic. The double magnetic valve (11) is respectively equipped with differently powerful electro-magnets (11a, 11b). An associative check of the wiring from the magnetic valves to the control circuit (4) is performed through programmed function definitions stored in the control circuit.
