摘要 The present invention relates to a structure of a millimeter wave low-power transceiver for high-speed data communication. The millimeter wave band wireless transmission and reception apparatus comprises: a first local oscillator which generates local oscillation signals having a second frequency lower than a transmission frequency; a reference frequency signal generation unit which transfers reference signals to the first local oscillator; and a plurality of transmission mixers which impose digital I data and Q data onto carriers generated by the first local oscillator. In this case, the transmission mixers generate millimeter wave band transmission signals by sequentially up-converting digital transmission data via carriers having a first frequency lower than the second frequency, the second frequency, and a pair of third frequencies having an equiphase and a quadrature phase for the second frequency.
