GARMENT HANGER

A pair of women briefs or the like of the kind having a low-cut or dipping waist edge in the center front is mounted for retail display on a hanger having a hook or like means for suspending thehanger and briefs from a suspension means so as to hang in a generally vertical plane. The briefs are laid across and in front of the hanger. Side edge regions of the briefs adjacent to the waist edge thereof are returned behind the hanger and held in place by clip means without stretching the waist edge as a whole. The appearance of the briefs as displayed on the hanger more closely corresponds to the appearance that the briefs would have if worn when seen by the wearer in a mirror.
