Method of selection of hyperoxic effect individual parameters, comprising preliminary determination of oxygen pressure in the arterial blood, dose of partial pressure in inhaling oxygen and duration of said hypoxy characterized in, that the increase of oxygen pressure in the arterial blood or duration of the hyperoxy effect are chosen according to a bearable, selective adaptive load of hyperoxic dose, not exceeding the values, determined by a unified functional dependence: D = 2.05(lg PaO2 -lg PaO2 degree x t or D = (K<1> -2.05 lg PaO2 degree) x t + K<2> x L wherein D - individual dose of hyperoxy; PaO2 - oxygen pressure in the arterial blood during hyperoxy mm mercury column; PaO2 degree - oxygen pressure in the arterial blood before hyperoxy mm mercury column; t - hyperoxy duration, h; K<1>, K<2> - resistancy constants; L - selective adaptive load of hyperoxy dose. |
