1. Method of assembling of ball joint, comprising introduction into housing sequentially polymeric bearing shell, rod with ball head, second polymeric bearing shell and screwing of the cover, characterized in that after introduction of the second polymeric bearing shell this shell is exposed to thermal compression at pressure by a heated punch with work surface identical to contact surface of the cover, providing plastic deformation of joints of polymeric bearing shells, whereupon the punch is removed and the cover is screwed, providing resilience in shells. 2. Method according to Claim 1, characterized in that screwing of the cover is carried out until the swinging moment of the rods with ball head amount to range of 1.2-2.0 kgf-m. 3. Method according to Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that grease is applied to surface of ball head before introduction of the rod with ball head into housing. |
