The wheel cover consists of a transparent plastic cap mountedon the grooved edge of the metal wheel by means of rubber sealring. An elastic rubber coloured cap is mounted by means of an0-ring on the internal side of the transparent plastic cap so thata space filled by coloured liquid is filled between the internallwall surfaces of the two covers.
