The present invention relates to a display device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the display device comprises: a panel substrate configured to display an image; a control substrate configured to receive an image signal from the outside, generate data and a control signal, and apply the data and the control signal to the panel substrate; and a flexible circuit board having one end electrically connected to the panel substrate and having the other end electrically connected to the control substrate. A first align mark can be formed in an upper portion of the other end of the flexible circuit board. A second align mark can be formed in an upper portion of the control substrate electrically connected to the flexible circuit board. Therefore, the display device can improve reliability. |
