An embodiment of the present invention relates to a method of generating a user-customized image using the interface of a content viewer which outputs the image. The method includes: a frame display step of displaying a preset modifiable frame for which customization is allowed among frames included in a image based on the feature data of the image; an editing screen output step of detecting inputs to the modifiable image and outputting an editing screen for editing of the modifiable frame to which the inputs are detected; a user input receiving step of receiving inputs from a user to the editing screen; and a user-customized image generation step of modifying the modifiable frame to generate a user-customized image according to the inputs from the user.
