Eye liner or marker applicator pen

The eye liner pen comprises an ink reservoir (4) inside the cap of the pen. A membrane with a conical profile seals off the reservoir. The aperture in the tip of the membrane is closed when the cap is removed from the pen. When the cap is screwed onto the pen a conical plunger, with an extension tube (7) pushes through the aperture of the membrane and allows ink to fill the pen point. The ink reservoir includes an insert ball (20) to agitate the liquid. A porous base (15) under the reservoir provides a controlled dosing of ink to the applicator point through capillary action. The applicator head includes a pressure relief space (16) under the point.
